So far, the group company has dealt with over 25,000+ prospects and given solutions worth over ₹1700 crores, demonstrating our broad influence and trusted reputation in the market. We are based out in New Delhi with a team of 50+ professionals, including CAs, CSs, MBAs, and lawyers.

Leading Cyber Security ExpertJiten Jain is a renowned Cyber Security Expert who specialises in analysing geopolitical intelligence and mapping it to global cyber conflicts. He presently leads the Indian Infosec Consortium, an independent non-profit organisation of India's top cyber specialists. He is also the co-founder of Voyager Infosec, a cyber threat intelligence technology firm. Jiten was awarded a Chevening fellowship by the British government and studied Cyber Defence and Information Assurance at the United Kingdom's Defence Academy. He is the youngest speaker to have addressed Air Commanders Conferences of the Indian Air Force, and Amity University has conferred on him an Honorary Professorship in recognition of his authority on cyber security. Jiten is also a visiting professor at the National Police Academy of India and the Ministry of External Affairs' Foreign Service Institute.

Strategy Advisor | IIM Bangalore, UberSreyansh Dugar is an alumnus of IIM Bangalore and is currently working and driving Strategy and Planning for Uber India and South Asia. An engineer by background, Sreyansh graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from VIT University Vellore. As a Project Coordinator at Vikram Solar, Sreyansh managed the setup of a 200MW Cell Manufacturing factory. Sreyansh also co-founded an Edtech startup (EduJinn) creating a platform for connecting students in the K-12 segment with private tuition teachers for academic, extracurricular, and vocational subjects. After his MBA from IIM Bangalore, Sreyansh worked as a Management Consultant with PwC Strategy& (previously known as Booz & Co.) for ~3 years. At Strategy&, Sreyansh worked with Global and India Fortune 500 clients, working closely with senior leadership to solve business-critical problems across the Telecom and Consumer & Retail sectors. He has been awarded with ‘PwC Above and Beyond award’.
CA Vinod Gupta
Seasoned Financial ExpertCA Vinod Kumar Gupta is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in the financial industry. He has a distinguished career spanning several decades, during which he has held key leadership positions in prominent financial institutions. As the President Merchant Banker of a Category 1 MB in Bombay from 1993 to 1997, he led numerous significant IPOs. From 1998 to 2014, he served as Director at Swastika Investment Limited, a leading stockbroker and Category 1 Merchant Banker. Concurrently, since 1997, he has been a founding partner at Vinod Rekha and Company, a reputable Chartered Accountants firm with offices in Kota and Mumbai. Throughout his career, CA Vinod Gupta has been instrumental in facilitating private equity deals, takeovers, IPOs, and corporate structuring. In addition to his corporate endeavors, he is actively involved in social initiatives and serves as the President of the Fight for Transparency Society, advocating for transparency initiatives and promoting awareness of government policies. His wealth of experience and commitment to excellence make him a valuable asset to the Board of Advisors.
